Why we’re special

Working with Swan Children’s Homes, you’ll be part of a cutting edge team, providing a unique, child-centred service in collaboration with leading experts in children’s services.

You’ll receive support, training and development from a team that really care about improving outcomes for vulnerable children. And when we say we ‘really care’, we really mean it. We’re passionate about creating a loving, therapeutic environment that provides ambitious opportunities for children to overcome adversity and reach their potential.

We view the welfare of our team members as just as important as that of the children in our care. We believe that mutual trust is important - working in this way allows us to empower people like you to do your best, whatever your role.

At Swan Children’s Homes, recruiting the right people and investing in their development is a key focus for us.  As a growing organisation we can offer significant career development opportunities for ambitious individuals who care as much as we do.  Flexible learning pathways are available, including vocation qualifications, and for the right people, professional pathways to postgraduate level.
